The Mole: Digging those new Halo 2 maps

Take that Rockstar - A day after Rockstar unveiled its much anticipated "GTA IV" trailer, Microsoft announced that two new multi-player maps for "Halo 2" will be available for Xbox and Xbox 360 gamers starting April 17. The new downloadable content will set gamers back $4 for both maps. The top picture is of Desolation, a deathmatch oriented map that's a remake of the original Derelict. It has new graphics and various game play tweaks that make it faster paced and more balanced. The bottom below is of Tombstone. It was originally Hang'em High, one of the most popular maps for the first "Halo," but has been spiced up for "Halo 2" play. A tip of the hat to Bungie for continuing to add content to a great title while still working on its replacement.
